The property was reasonably clean and staff was accommodating. Terrific service, though a few employees were moody. The bedroom was good-sized and well furnished. The hotel had lovely breakfasts with yogurt and fresh fruits, for instance.

Helpful staff, astonishing views over the sea, everything is fantastic. The location is nice and perfect, not too far from St Johns Market. The airport is 0.5 km away. We 100% recommend the place and would use them next time.

This was a such wonderful stay for our friends wedding in southend. For our weekend the location was excellent, right by the seafront in Southend on Sea, a lovely conservatory with a view of the pretty garden, birdsong and The Beaches. Besides, the hotel was at a walking distance from Sea Life Blackpool Aquarium. The staff was pretty friendly, very pleasant, and everything was perfect. The breakfast with meat and croissants, for example was gorgeous for what you got.
